Land Company Development Inc (“LCD”) is a Woman Owned Construction firm licensed commercial contractor in the state of Mississippi with the firm’s headquarters in Magnolia, Mississippi. LCD is licensed with the Mississippi Board of Contractors with classifications in Hazardous Material Abatement, Clean-up, Removal and Remediation, Demolition, Underground Utilities, Excavation, Grading, and Snagging as well as Building Construction. Land Company Development is registered with SAM.Gov and we have extensive experience working with both government and local municipalities as well as FEMA and MEMA.
LCD brings to the table knowledge, skill and expertise, with the ultimate goal being not just meeting but exceeding expectations, every single time. Our primary focus is to provide superior emergency relief, sitework, construction management, industrial services and facilities management within the Gulf South region.
